Client Update Regarding COVID-19 Pandemic
I wanted to let all my existing clients know, as well as new clients, that I am open for business to serve you.
In order to keep all of you safe and healthy, I am conducting my practice remotely. On a short-term, temporary basis, I have suspended all in person face to face consultations. However, in lieu of having a consultation in my office, I have the capacity to conference with you on either FaceTime, Skype or Zoom. Additionally, I’m just a phone call away on my cell phone at (954) 295-9222, or a few clicks away on the keyboard to my email at Alan@alanburtonlaw.com
I will respond to you promptly.
Although the Courthouse is closed to the public for nonessential services, court hearings are still being conducted through electronic means, such as Skype, Court Call, and Zoom.
Just because the Courthouse is closed, that does not mean you can’t get divorced. Everything today is filed electronically, and the court will conduct a uncontested final hearing over the telephone. Essentially, if you have an agreement and your divorce is uncontested, the process can be completed, from start to finish, totally from the comfort of your living room.
If you would like more information on the dissolution of your marriage, paternity issues, domestic violence issues, or any other Family Law related issue, please contact me today for a free consultation.
I am here to assist you during these difficult and challenging times.
Best regards and good health,
Alan R Burton
